Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Cancellation Rights. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of delivery. However, you must ensure that the goods remain unused and are retained in their original packaging. You must notify us within 7 working days. You must return them within 15 days of the date of their delivery at your own cost and risk. We will refund the price you paid for such goods provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

Faulty Goods. If the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those you ordered, you may return them after notifying us of the problem with the goods and your intention to return them. You must return them within 15 days of the date of their delivery at your own cost and risk. We will refund the price you paid for such goods provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

No claim for shortage/damage will be accepted unless we receive notification within 24 hours of delivery and confirmed in writing within 3 days. Also, parcels signed for must be signed as 'unchecked' unless you open them and check contents before signing for them, as the carriers may not accept that the contents are damaged if the parcel has been signed for as having been received in good condition.

Returns Policy. Non-faulty goods that are accepted for return are subject to a 15% restocking/handling charge, and the reimbursement of the free delivery cost if applicable. Please contact us first to get authorisation for returns. Goods returned at your own cost and risk.

All machinery carries the appropriate Manufacturers' warranties.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
