Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. If you prefer, you may send us a cheque and goods will be sent out after cheque clearance.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And HandlingWe have a low flat rate of £3.50 for all orders to the UK, and £5.50 for light European orders.
Delivery ScheduleWe aim to process your order within 2 working days and then post it out either with Royal Mail or a carrier (depending on weight and value of order). (If for any reason there is likely to be a delay of more than 5 days we will get in touch with you.)

Back OrdersIf your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax ChargesVAT is included in the prices shown at the current rate.
Credit Card SecurityWhen the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns PolicyYour rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Cancellation Rights. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of delivery. However, you must ensure that the goods remain unused and are retained in their original packaging. You must return them within 15 days of the date of their delivery at your own cost and risk. We will refund the price you paid for such goods provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
Returns Policy. Non-faulty goods that are accepted for return outside of the cancellation period are subject to a 15% restocking/handling charge, and the reimbursement of the free delivery cost if applicable. Please contact us first to get authorisation for returns, and you must quote the returns authorisation number on returned goods. Goods returned at your own cost and risk.
Faulty Goods. If the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those you ordered, you may return them after notifying us of the problem with the goods and your intention to return them. You must return them within 15 days of the date of their delivery at your own cost and risk. We will refund the price you paid for such goods provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
No claim for shortage/damage will be accepted unless we receive notification within 24 hours of delivery and confirmed in writing within 3 days. Also, parcels signed for must be signed as 'unchecked' unless you open them and check contents before signing for them, as the carriers may not accept that the contents are damaged if the parcel has been signed for as having been received in good condition.
All machinery carries the appropriate Manufacturers' warranties.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
